Of these voting rights 6.73 % (this corresponds to 1,651,569 voting rights) are attributed to Mr. Toni Riedel acc. to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 number 6 WpHG. The name of the shareholder from whose shares 3 % or more of the voting rights are attributed is NEXBTL - Neue Exklusive BioToys Lüllemann - GmbH, Hamburg, Germany.
